Contact support
For Zosavi, use the support option in the app or the App Store listing. For Valorenza or company questions, include the product name, the affected account or class context if relevant, and a short description of what happened.
Common requests
- Account access, sign-in, and deletion requests.
- Subscription, trial, upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation guidance.
- Food scan, barcode, voice capture, Apple Health, and forecast troubleshooting.
- Incorrect nutrition estimates, unclear coaching output, or product safety concerns.
- Valorenza product access, learning content, or teacher review questions.
Billing
Purchases made through Apple are managed from your Apple account. Zosavi can help explain where to find subscription controls, but Apple controls final billing, refunds, and cancellation state.
Privacy requests
For access, deletion, or privacy questions, use the in-app support flow so the request can be connected to the right account.
Not for emergencies
Zosavi support cannot provide emergency, diagnostic, or medical care. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified clinician.
