One-Page Site: $499 one time

No monthly fee required. We host your page for free on Cloudflare’s fast network. Your only ongoing cost is your domain, about $10–12 a year, registered in your name and paid directly to the registrar. Your agreement lists each cost before you pay anything.

  • A simple request-a-quote form (name, phone, message) that emails you, if you want one, with a short note on your page saying what it collects and who receives it

  • Help buying a domain in your name (about $10–12 a year, paid by you), or connecting the one you already have

Full Setup: $899 one time

For businesses customers find on Google Maps: pool service, auto, and home services. Your Google profile is free from Google; you pay for our time. We’re not affiliated with Google, and Google controls verification and its timing.

  • Everything in the One-Page Site
  • Your Google Business Profile created or updated in your own Google account: hours, services, photos, and links. You’re the owner; you add us as a manager and can remove us anytime.
  • Your Google review link and a print-ready QR code for it, sent once Google has verified your profile
  • Your Booksy, Square, or other booking button connected to your page, and to your Google profile where Google allows booking links for your type of business
  • Profile updates for 30 days after launch when you ask. It then ends and nothing more is billed; for help after that, add Care.

For after launch, if you’d rather not make changes yourself. Not required for anything else on this page.

  • Up to three small changes or 30 minutes of work a month, whichever comes first, to your page or Google profile, such as hours, prices, or photos. Done within two business days. Unused time doesn’t carry over.
  • A short note each month on what we changed
  • $49 billed monthly by card, starting 30 days after launch. Renews each month until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime by emailing xwang@thevita.ai, and we’ll confirm by reply. Care ends at the close of the month you’ve paid for, with no further charges.

Your site expired or a link is broken

We’ll tell you what’s wrong first. If renewing your plan or fixing a link in your own account solves it, we’ll say so, and you can make that fix yourself. We don’t charge for pointing it out.

Rather have us do it? A Quick Fix is $199 once for a short list of fixes we agree in writing before starting: broken links, old hours, services, or photos on your current site. No redesign.

You only use Booksy, Square, or social media

Keep them. Your page points customers to the booking and payment tools you already use. It gives you one address of your own to put on cards, listings, and Google.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps,
in writing.

  1. Tell us about your business

    Send your current website or business page, what you offer, and what you want customers to do: call, book, or ask for a quote.

  2. Get a one-page agreement

    It lists what your page includes, your price ($499 for the One-Page Site or $899 for Full Setup), outside costs such as your domain, and your draft date. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. Review your draft

    Your first draft usually arrives about five business days after we have your content and deposit. You get one round of changes.

  4. Approve and launch

    We check the page on phone and desktop, connect your domain, and put your page live. Need a change later? Email us: it’s included in Care, or $75 an hour.

Payment, ownership, and scope

Payment and ownership

  • Half when you approve the agreement, half when you approve the finished page, before it goes live: $250 + $249 for the One-Page Site, $450 + $449 for Full Setup. A Quick Fix is paid once it’s done.
  • You pay by card through an itemized invoice from Vita App Inc. We never ask for gift cards, crypto, wire transfers, or passwords.
  • Your deposit is non-refundable once we start your draft. If you stop at any point before approving the finished page, you owe nothing more.
  • Work beyond your agreement is $75 an hour, quoted in writing before we start.
  • After your final payment, the finished page is yours: its design, the text we write for it, and your photos. Ask for your site files anytime, and we’ll send them or move the site to your own hosting account at no charge.
  • For 14 days after launch, we fix at no charge anything in the page we built that doesn’t match your agreement.

Not included

  • Online stores, custom booking systems, or customer accounts.
  • Forms that collect health, payment, or other sensitive information.
  • Paid ads or social media posting.
  • Problems caused later by your hosting, domain, or booking providers.
  • Promises of search rankings or more customers. We build a clear page; we don’t guarantee results.
